It is commonly known that green coffee beans can last up to 2 years if stored correctly. Roasted whole beans can stay
fresh up to 2 weeks if packaged quickly and correctly (even longer if kept in refrigeration). But once coffee is ground it begins to lose it's optimum freshness in just hours. Therefore, we recommend obtaining whole coffee beans in order to achieve MAXIMUM AROMATICS and to prolong freshness. We encourage everyone to grind their own coffee at the time of brewing, in order to capture the freshest taste and aroma possible.
