This Brazilian is dry processed, resulting in a higher cupping grade. These quality beans come from the highlands of Minas Gerais, and since they are also a natural, or dry processed bean, it produces a sweeter and milder cup due to a lower acid level. Also excellent for your base in an Italian Espresso.
